Our airport transfer services from Catania to Taormina, Milazzo and other major destinations in Sicily are carried out using Mercedes luxury vehicles or higher models.
During the booking process we will ask you detailed information including: departure airport, flight number, expected landing time, number of passengers and ages of any children within your group enabling us to provide child seats and safety equipment completely FREE OF CHARGE.
This information will allow us to monitor your flight and ensure you NEVER pay extra for delays caused by the airline.
The reservation will be confirmed after we have received the advance payment of 15% of the total amount, we will then notify you of the name and telephone number of your driver who will be waiting in a designated area which will be communicated during the booking process. Your driver will hold a welcome sign with your group or family name.
Our Shuttle services offer a fixed price which will not be affected by any traffic related issues or other delays, it also includes the first 60 minutes waiting time once your flight has landed.

Transfers in Sicily

- Baby seats for children from 0 to 36 months or booster seats up to the age required by Italian law (they must be requested during the booking phase by specifying the age of the children)
- ½ litre natural mineral water in single-dose bottle for each passenger

- If your driver has to wait more than1 hour after the flight has landed the company will charge 15 euros every 15 minutes, payable directly to the driver
- Any requested stops outside the designated route
- 2.95 % fee for debit and credit card payments
- VAT charged at 10%
- Additional pick-up points will be charged at 10 euro for distances of up to 5 km, further distances must be confirmed during the booking process
- A 15% surcharge is applicable for Night services, this starts from 22.30 and ends at 06.00
- 72 hours prior to arrival - full refund
- 48 hours prior to arrival - 50% refund
- 24 hours prior to arrival - no refund
- REFUND AMOUNTS ARE BASED ON THE DEPOSIT PAID AT THE TIME OF BOOKING
